Applications: A flexible stainless steel armored line assembly, is available for mounting the gauge at some point away from the seal location to provide easy reading or to limit the temperature at the gauge to 100 °C maximum.
Diaphragm seals (isolators) with filled, capillary line assemblies are another good solution to the problem of hot
liquid and gas lines. Due to the small diameter of the flexible line (capillary) a five foot line length will usually assure
that the temperature of the gauge connection does not exceed 100 °C.
Metric Range Max: 1000 bar,
Imperial Range Max: 15.000 psi
Applications: The cooling element protects the measuring device if used with hot process media.
Standard: DIN / ANSI,
Size: 2 ... 4 \" / DN 50 ... DN 100,
Metric Range Max: PN400,
Imperial Range Max: 2.500 lbs
Applications: Optional calibration rings are available to be used with the Flush diaphragm seals.
Applications: Fixed mounting of valves if direct mounting is not strong enough.
Size: d = 20 mm,
Metric Range Max: 250 bar,
Imperial Range Max: 3.600 psi
Applications: Pipe connectors are used to mount a pressure measuring device at the process pipe.
Metric Range Max: 658 bar,
Imperial Range Max: 9.550 psi
Applications: In order to prevent live steam from entering a pressure gauge Bourdon tube, a siphon filled with water should be installed between the gauge and the process line. Also use siphons whenever condensing hot vapors (not just steam) are present.
Standard: DIN 16282,
Metric Range Max: 100 bar,
Imperial Range Max: 1.450 psi
Applications: In order to prevent live steam from entering a pressure gauge Bourdon tube, a siphon filled with water should be installed between the gauge and the process line. Also use siphons whenever condensing hot vapors (not just steam) are present.
Applications: The swiveling connector is used to adjust position of gauge face to operator.
Applications: Plugs and vents for venting and flushing connections.
